Meet Phil, our esteemed leader whose love for technology ignited when he received a Radio Shack 101 electronics kit from his parents and built his first IMSAI S-100 microcomputer. Over the past 30+ years, Phil has taken on a variety of entrepreneurial roles in the tech sector, from sales and consultancy to application architecture. During his leisure, Phil loves exploring technology, cosmology, and philosophy and spending time with his family.

Introducing Michelle – a seasoned IT pro. Hailing from Winnipeg, Michelle kickstarted her career in IT operations and account management back in 2006. In 2009, she found her home at Intraworks, where she has been rocking it ever since. Beyond her tech prowess, Michelle has a passion for making a positive impact and is an avid volunteer with animal rescue. Outside of work, you can find Michelle at the movies, reading a good book, or spending time with her two kids and pups.

Get to know Alex, our network analyst and mastermind of our data center operations in Nanaimo, BC. Originally from Warburg, Germany, Alex studied Computer Science, specializing in networking, at Dortmund University. Since 2008 he has resided in Canada, making his home on Vancouver Island. When he’s not helping our clients, you’ll find Alex channelling his creativity through woodworking and online gaming.

This is Steven, our networking guru. Originally from Saskatchewan, Steven made Nanaimo his home at 13. With certifications from Simon Fraser University, Sun Microsystems, IBM, and MX Logic, Steven brings a whopping 21 years of expertise to the table. When he's not working his magic, you can find Steven playing floor hockey, relaxing in the hot tub, or perfecting his swing on the golf course.

Presenting Lee, our networking support genius. Hailing from Winnipeg, Lee has been immersed in the world of IT since 2007. Before joining us, he worked as a digital phone specialist with Shaw. When Lee isn’t tackling tech challenges, he is all about family and enjoys going on cycling adventures and epic video game battles with his wife and 3 kids.

Meet Nicholas, a Vancouver native with a keen eye for technology. A graduate of the ITAS program at Vancouver Island University, Nicholas transitioned from an intern to a dedicated team member at Intraworks. Off the clock, he enjoys model painting, video games, and hitting the trails on his bike.

Here's Lukas, our network analyst extraordinaire. Originally from charming Rheinfelden, Switzerland, Lukas holds a 4-year vocational diploma in Computer Science. With a knack for network tech and programming across multiple industries, he embraced Vancouver Island living back in 2019. Beyond work, Lukas loves dabbling in strategic tabletop games, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
